Susan Kutz was born and raised in West Chester, Pennsylvania and has been a resident of Ocala since 2008. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware in 1998.
While at the University of Delaware, Ms. Kutz was long-listed for the 1996 Olympics for the equestrian sport three-day eventing. She then worked in the horse industry for the next ten years, riding and training Thoroughbreds.
Ms. Kutz then obtained her paralegal degree from Widener Law’s Legal Education Institute and worked as a bankruptcy paralegal prior to going to law school. She received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2014, where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, she participated in an externship with a judge at the Marion County Courthouse. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014.
Ms. Kutz joined the firm in 2015 and practices bankruptcy, civil litigation and family law.
